A web application by a Lead and a Senior with AI agents: 160 h × USD 55–60 + 160 h × USD 45–50 = USD 16,000–17,600 a month.

What does web application development mean?
Web application development builds software that runs in the browser and behind a login: accounts, roles, data, workflows and the server that holds them, as opposed to a brochure website. Our small senior team designs the screens, writes the backend and the frontend, and ships through a gated release pipeline, in your repositories.
The screens are designed and checked at 1440 and 390 pixels, with automated accessibility checks on the critical flows.
How the price is built
You pay the published hourly rate for the hours worked, and a month is 160 hours. The sheet above prices a new web application: a Lead at USD 55–60 an hour and a Senior at USD 45–50, 160 hours each. It is an example, not a quote.
Two people instead of six holds when we have access from day one: the repositories, the environments, CI/CD, the cloud and one decision-maker. Working on an existing application takes three or four people, and behind change boards and tickets it takes more, with a timeline we state up front.
Team size by situation
- A new product, with access from day one2 people · 1 monthUSD 16,000–17,600
- Evolving an existing product4 people · 1 monthUSD 30,400–33,600
- A website: a Senior developer and a Senior designer2 people · 1 monthUSD 9,000–10,000
What you get from a web application build
- A web application on mainstream stacks: our published products use TypeScript with Next.js and React on Postgres, or a server-rendered modular monolith.
- Sign-in and roles where the product needs them: our govtech portal uses passwordless magic links with an attempt cap.
- Screens designed in Figma and approved before they are built, then checked with axe in light, dark, forced colours and zoom.
- Tests in your CI, and releases that are signed images deployed by digest, with migrations run before the new version gets traffic.
- All code and intellectual property are yours from day 1, and we sign an NDA before the call if you ask.
Websites, as a section of web application work
A marketing website is a smaller job of the same kind. As an example, one Senior developer for a 160-hour month plus a Senior designer for 40 hours is USD 9,000–10,000. Designers are priced on the same seniority table as engineers.
Our proof for websites is partial: two public sites, nine pages on a Cloudflare Worker and a public site built in three days. We publish no search, traffic or conversion results for any site.

Every claim is on its case page with its dates. Strong means built end to end with figures; Partial means a smaller or weaker proof, stated as such.

Strong A server-rendered TypeScript web product: the public site, a family portal and staff consoles, with about 290 approved frames.
Not shown: We make no claim about launch, users or revenue.
Partial A public site live in 3 days, with every push live in under 90 seconds.
Not shown: Not presented as an indexed site; no search results are published.

Frequently asked questions
What does web application development mean?
Building software that runs in the browser and behind a login, with accounts, roles, data and workflows, instead of a brochure website. We build the screens, the backend and the release pipeline, in your repositories.
How much does it cost to develop a web application?
You pay the published hourly rate for the hours worked. A Lead and a Senior for a 160-hour month cost USD 16,000–17,600, and a team of four evolving an existing application costs USD 30,400–33,600. Every price here is an example, not a quote. If the scope is open, Discovery costs USD 7,000 first.
How much does it cost to hire a web developer?
A Senior engineer is USD 45–50 an hour, a Mid USD 35–40 and a Lead or Architect USD 55–60. 160 hours of a Senior is USD 7,200–8,000. Our engineers are in LATAM and work in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
How much does a website cost?
As an example, one Senior developer for a 160-hour month plus a Senior designer for 40 hours is USD 9,000–10,000, at the published rates. It is an example, not a quote or a fixed price.
Do your web applications work on phones?
Yes, as responsive web applications: we design and check the screens at 390 pixels as well as 1440. That is not a native app.
Do you build native mobile apps?
Not as a service we sell today. We have no published native iOS or Android app. If one is part of your project, say so up front and we will tell you plainly whether we staff it.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day 1. We sign an NDA before the call if you ask.
What happens after delivery?
A change of the same size swaps a backlog item at no cost. New scope is quoted at the published rate before it is done. Defects found within 30 days of delivery are fixed at no cost.
