How fast do you present candidates?

Yes. You interview the engineer who will do the work, and that engineer joins your team.
What if the engineer leaves or doesn't fit?

Nearshore staff augmentation adds engineers from nearby time zones to your own team, under your management, billed by the hour. Ours are in LATAM and work between UTC−3 and UTC−5, at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. A Senior is USD 45–50 an hour with a 6-month minimum, and you interview the engineer who will do the work.
