Software engineering for any industry: six sectors proven on real work
We work in any industry. Six sectors have a real case behind them, and every engagement starts at a published price: from USD 4,000 for 2 weeks.
Six sectors, each tied to a real case
Each figure is one client's result from its own starting point. The sector page has the services used and the price to start.
23% → 4%failed production releases
Fintech: release pipelines that can be stopped
A portfolio-analytics SaaS platform moved from 23% to 4% failed production releases, with about 3x more production releases a week. Services used: platform engineering, DevOps and SRE.
18domain modules to key handover
PropTech: a housing platform built from zero
A first-home company's platform, with 18 domain modules from first contact to key handover. Services used: DevOps, QA and AI engineering. The product is in pre-production.
~3xmore production deployments per day
Transportation: a developer platform for 150+ repositories
A US transportation services company runs a developer portal, self-service infrastructure and a central observability stack, with about 3x more production deployments per day across the organization. Services used: platform engineering, DevOps and SRE.
102commits in 12 days, built from zero
GovTech: a coordination portal with an audit trail
A cross-team coordination platform with a Government edition, built from zero in 102 commits over 12 days. Services used: DevOps, QA and platform engineering.
39end-to-end smokes with real Unity players
Gaming: an online RPG with an authoritative server
An original online RPG with two worlds behind one login, built end to end in 286 commits over 2 days. A value ledger held through 40 parallel sells, and 39 end-to-end smokes play the game with real Unity clients. Services used: a fixed-scope project, QA and SRE.
89releases in 10 days
AI marketing: a platform where a person approves every piece
An AI advertising platform built in 6,031 commits over 28 days, then 89 releases in 10 days. 10 forbidden prompts produced 0 pieces. Services used: AI engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE and QA.
Why does the same engineering practice work in any industry?
Because what we build does not depend on the sector: infrastructure as code, checked releases, architecture rules enforced before code lands, real-browser QA and a brake on destructive changes. The six cases above ran on that practice. What changes by industry is the vocabulary and the rules, and Discovery, USD 7,000, maps them before any build starts.
A case is one client's result, not a promise. The pages say which figures are measured and which products are still in pre-production.
Which other industries do you serve?
These industries have no page and no case on this site, so there are no results to quote. We serve them with the same practice, and Discovery sizes the rules that are specific to yours.

Frequently asked questions
Which industries does Clouditive work in?
Any industry. Six have a page tied to a real case: fintech, PropTech and real estate, transportation and logistics, GovTech, gaming and AI marketing. Others, such as healthcare, retail, education, insurance, energy, media and B2B SaaS, get the same practice and have no page.
Do you work in my industry if it is not listed?
Yes. The services are the same across sectors: platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA and AI engineering. Discovery, USD 7,000, is how we size the rules of an industry we have not worked in.
Why only six sector pages?
A sector page needs a real case behind it. We write one when a case exists, and we do not claim results in industries where we have none.
Why don't the cases name the clients?
We describe each client by sector and outcome and name them only where the client allowed it, with one link in the page body. Clients approved appearing in their case.
Are the case figures a promise?
No. Each is one client's result from its own starting point. The pages say what was measured.
How much does it cost to start?
Fixed-price packages run from USD 4,000 for 2 weeks (CI/CD & IaC) to USD 7,000 for Discovery. Hourly rates are USD 30–60 by seniority, with a 6-month minimum for staff augmentation.
Who works on my project?
Engineers from LATAM, working in English, Spanish or Portuguese, with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time. You interview the engineer who will do the work.
