White label development for consultancies and agencies
White label LATAM engineers for consultancies and agencies: our published rate is your cost, USD 30 to 60 an hour by seniority. They work under your brand, on your clients' projects, and we never contract with your clients.
- Your client
- Your contract, your price
- Your consultancy
- MSA and a SOW per engagement, our published rate is your cost
- Clouditive
No contract; 12-month non-solicit
What is white label nearshore subcontracting?
White label nearshore subcontracting means a consultancy or product agency sells engineering capacity to its own clients and a nearshore firm supplies the engineers, who work under the partner's brand. The client deals with the consultancy or agency; the subcontractor stays behind it. At Clouditive the engineers are in LATAM, work in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and cover AI engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE and QA.
You keep the client relationship, the contract with the client and the price you charge. We supply the engineers and replace one at no cost if they leave or don't fit.
The terms for consultancies and agencies, in writing
These apply to every engagement we take for a consultancy or an agency.
- White label: our engineers work under your brand, in your client's tools and process.
- We never contract directly with your clients.
- A 12-month non-solicit is part of the agreement.
- Our published rate is your cost. You set the rate you charge your client; we apply no reseller discount and make no claim about your margin.
- The fixed-price packages follow the same rule: no partner discount, the published price is your cost.
- We never name a consultancy or agency, or its clients, without written approval.
- You interview the engineer who will do the work. If that engineer leaves or doesn't fit, we replace them and cover the handover at no cost.
- Minimum term of 6 months per engineer, billed per hour worked.
- We invoice you, not your client: in US dollars from DX Clouditive LLC, monthly in arrears, net 15, by international wire.
- An MSA with you and a SOW per engagement; an NDA before the first call if you ask, and a DPA available.
How fast can you staff a client's request?
We reply to every request within 1 business day and present candidates within 1 week. You interview them before anyone starts, so the engineer your client meets is the one who works. Our engineers work between UTC−3 and UTC−5, which gives at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time and 2 with US Pacific, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

A US consultancy already works this way
MojoTrek uses Clouditive engineers to meet its clients' demand. We source that talent across LATAM more economically, so MojoTrek competes better. The work spans multiple projects across all our service areas: AI, platform, DevOps, SRE and QA.
When our clients need engineers, Clouditive places LATAM engineers on the work, in English, Spanish or Portuguese, across AI, platform, DevOps, SRE and QA. We've run multiple projects this way, and the sourcing cost lets us compete for new work.
From your client's request to an engineer on the project
- You send the seniority, the area and the hours a week your client needs. We reply within 1 business day.
- We present candidates within 1 week, and you interview the one who will do the work.
- The engineer joins your client's project under your brand, in your client's tools.
- We invoice you monthly in arrears, at our published rate, for the hours worked.
- If the engineer leaves or doesn't fit, we replace them and cover the handover at no cost.
White label QA automation for your clients' projects
When a client project needs automated tests it does not have, our engineers build them under your brand. QA Automation Foundations puts a Playwright suite on the client's 5 critical flows, running in the client's CI, with accessibility checks on those flows. USD 5,000, fixed price, 2 weeks.
Your client gets the suite and the code. You keep the relationship and the price you charge.
White label DevOps for the pipelines behind your clients' products
When a client project has no dependable path to production, our engineers build or re-architect its CI/CD pipelines and its infrastructure as code under your brand. The CI/CD & IaC package is USD 4,000, fixed price, 2 weeks.
The pipelines and the infrastructure code belong to your client from day one.
A white label AI agent pilot for a client's use case
When a client asks for an AI feature, the AI Agent Pilot tests it before anyone commits: one agent on one real use case of the client, evals that score its output, and the cost per task, measured. USD 5,000, fixed price, 2 weeks, under your brand.
After the pilot, you and your client decide with numbers whether to extend it, change it or stop.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with product and web agencies, or only consultancies?
Both. The same white label terms apply to a consultancy and to a product agency: our engineers work under your brand, we never contract with your clients, and the agreement carries a 12-month non-solicit.
Can we sell your fixed-price packages under our brand?
Yes. QA Automation Foundations (USD 5,000), CI/CD & IaC (USD 4,000) and the AI Agent Pilot (USD 5,000) each take 2 weeks at a fixed price and can run under your brand. There is no partner discount: the published price is your cost, and the price your client pays is yours to set.
Do your engineers work under our brand?
Yes. The arrangement is white label: the engineers work under your brand, in your client's tools and process.
Will you go around us to our client?
No. We never contract directly with your clients, and the agreement carries a 12-month non-solicit.
What do we pay, and what do we charge our client?
Our published hourly bands are your cost: Lead or Architect USD 55–60, Senior 45–50, Mid 35–40, Junior 30. The rate you charge your client is yours to set.
Will you name us or our clients publicly?
Never without written approval. We name a consultancy or its clients only when they have approved it in writing, as MojoTrek has.
Who invoices whom?
We invoice you, never your client: in US dollars from DX Clouditive LLC, monthly in arrears, net 15, by international wire.
How fast do you present candidates?
Within 1 week. We reply to the request itself within 1 business day.
Can we interview the engineer before our client meets them?
Yes. You interview the engineer who will do the work. If that engineer leaves or doesn't fit, we replace them and cover the handover at no cost.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, 6 months per engineer, billed per hour worked.
Who owns the code our client gets?
All code and intellectual property belong to the client from day one. We work under an MSA and a SOW, sign an NDA before the call if you ask, and have a DPA available.
Can we speak to a consultancy that already works with you?
Yes. We'll connect you with client references before you sign. MojoTrek, a US consultancy, uses our engineers across multiple projects for its clients.
