What did Clouditive build for this housing platform?
Every figure comes from the product's repository, its eval runs and its verification scripts.
Clouditive designed and built the product in 326 commits over 10 days: about 35,000 lines of TypeScript in 18 domain modules that cover the full chain, from first contact to key handover. An AI email assistant on Vertex AI scores 22 of 24 on a frozen eval and re-checks its send rules. 103 verification scripts, axe and Playwright check the build, and releases go to Cloud Run by tag behind a Terraform plan that stops destructive changes.

What we did, by area
Areas of work
The product
One case file, from first contact to key handover
The platform captures a family's first contact, interviews the household and evaluates it, credit check included. It shows the housing options from a source catalogue that records where each one comes from, with instalments for each option. From there it runs contracting, the case file, a versioned document folder, form packages, e-signature with representation, the professional's tasks, the presentation and its response, and the agenda for the key handover.
Families follow their case in "Mi trámite". WhatsApp is linked to each case, and a person on the client's team can take over the conversation at any point. Public entities decide approval, allocation and financing; the client guides the family and manages the case.
Product design and UX
About 290 approved frames across web, portal and consoles
Discovery came first. The approved frames cover the public website, the family portal "Mi trámite" and the staff consoles.
Accessibility checks oriented to WCAG 2.2 cover dark mode, forced colors and reflow from 320 to 1440 pixels.
Architecture and backend
A modular monolith with 18 domain modules
TypeScript on Node, server-rendered, organized as a modular monolith by domain: about 35,000 lines. A push gate checks secrets, types, lint, build, architecture boundaries and dead code before anything leaves the machine.
- Capture, household interview and evaluation with credit check
- Source catalogue with provenance, options and instalments
- Contracting, case file and versioned document folder
- Form packages and e-signature with representation
- Professional tasks, presentation and response
- Client tracking in "Mi trámite" and the key-handover agenda
AI engineering
An email assistant measured on a frozen 24-case eval
The AI email assistant runs on Vertex AI. A frozen set of 24 cases measures it, and it scores 22 of 24. Before a reply goes out, the send rules are checked again.
WhatsApp messages land in the family's case, and a person can take over the conversation.
Platform, release and security
Cloud Run by tag, a Terraform plan with a brake, a hardened edge
A release tag ships to Cloud Run. The Terraform plan has a brake that stops destructive changes. The public site runs on a Cloudflare Worker, and a failing build keeps the last good deploy online.
The Cloudflare edge runs DNSSEC, CAA and MTA-STS. A consent system and an 11-document legal pack cover the data the product handles.
QA automation
103 verification scripts and a test for every goal
Every goal ends with an end-to-end proof against a real server. 103 verification scripts cover proofs, design fidelity and captures. Playwright walks with axe run across 13 browser variants, and independent design and security reviews judge the result.

The services behind this work.
In the client's words
There are three of us, and Clouditive built the whole product with us: 18 modules from first contact to key handover, the Mi trámite portal for families, WhatsApp tied to each case with a person able to take over, and an AI email assistant.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the client?
A service run by three co-founders that guides low and lower-middle income families in Uruguay to their first home and manages the paperwork until they receive the keys.
Does the platform approve housing or financing?
No. The client provides guidance and case management; public entities decide approval, allocation and financing.
What did Clouditive build?
The whole product: discovery and design, the public site, the family portal "Mi trámite", the staff consoles, 18 domain modules, the AI email assistant, WhatsApp handling, the release pipeline and the QA.
How does the AI email assistant work?
It runs on Vertex AI, scores 22 of 24 on a frozen 24-case eval, and re-checks the send rules before a reply goes out.
Can a person step into a WhatsApp conversation?
Yes. WhatsApp is linked to each case, and a person can take over the conversation at any point.
How is the platform tested?
With an end-to-end proof per goal, 103 verification scripts, Playwright walks with axe across 13 variants, and independent design and security reviews.
How are releases shipped?
A release tag deploys to Cloud Run, and the Terraform plan has a brake that stops destructive changes. The public site keeps its last good deploy if a build fails.
Which stack does the platform use?
TypeScript on Node, a server-rendered modular monolith, Tailwind v4, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Terraform, Cloudflare, Playwright, axe and Figma.
How long did the build take?
326 commits over 10 days, starting on 2026-09-27.
