Hire an AI engineer: what our AI work includes
Our AI work includes a multi-model system on Vertex AI where the cost per approved output chooses the model, evals that score an agent's output, and independent judges tested on labelled examples before service. An AI engineer you hire does this kind of work on your product: Senior USD 45–50 an hour, Lead USD 55–60.
Hire a software developer: inside your team, on your systems
Software developers join as forward deployed engineers: inside your team and your systems, on your real problem and not on a ticket queue. A US consultancy uses our engineers this way to meet its own clients' demand, across projects in every area we sell. We staff AI, platform, DevOps, SRE, QA and forward deployed roles; for any other role, we tell you on the first call whether we can.
Hire a DevOps engineer: pipelines, infrastructure and releases
On a fintech platform, a senior DevOps and platform lead from Clouditive works alongside the client's developers. Since the new release pipeline, production releases went from about 1 a week to nearly 4, and production release failures fell from 23% to 4%, measured on the client's own systems. A DevOps engineer you hire does this work: Senior USD 45–50 an hour.
Hire a QA engineer: real browsers and accessibility checks
Our QA work runs real flows in a real browser. On a govtech coordination portal, a Playwright click-through with axe on WCAG 2.2 AA tags passed 10 steps at 1440 and 390 px with 0 failed requests and 0 console errors. A QA engineer you hire builds this kind of suite inside your team: Junior USD 30 an hour, Mid 35–40, Senior 45–50.
What if the engineer doesn't work out?
We replace them and cover the handover at no cost to you, and we present the replacement within 10 business days. After the 6-month minimum, 30 days' notice ends the engagement. Code and intellectual property are yours from day 1, and engineers work in your own accounts with SSO and MFA and least privilege, revoked when they leave.
Can we try before committing to 6 months?
Yes. Start with a 2-week fixed-price package, from USD 4,000, and see how we work before the 6-month minimum begins. The 2-week packages are CI/CD & IaC, IDP Foundations, AI Agent Pilot, QA Automation Foundations and SRE / Observability Foundations. Each has a published price and a written scope.
